Estimated lead time from order to delivery?

Stock items 24-48hr on receipt of payment. Printed materials 3/5 day’s from artwork approval. Large orders can usually be turned around quickly.

Will I be charged VAT?

If you are a registered charity VAT will not be charged on the majority of our items. If buying online you will need to enter your valid charity number. If unsure, please contact us on 0161 766 6444

Label Print and Design Service

Printed labels can be purchased online and we offer a full label design and print service. Templates for all of our labels are available on the website. If you have trouble downloading them, please email [email protected] and we will send you the relevant templates for your order. Once you place your order email your label requirements and our design team will send you back a proof for approval.

Can I Pay on Invoice

We do offer payment on invoice to Large Charities, Schools, Local Authorities and NHS Foundations. Please email our sales team with your requirements.

How are the boxes opened and closed?

We supply a large range of Collection boxes and they all have an individual locking mechanism. Please see below

Twist N Click hand held box:

Designed with a unique twist lock cap and secured with a tamper evident seal. Simply twist the lid anti clockwise and the lid will pop open. Once emptied replace the lid and apply a new seal ensuring the seal is well stuck down.

Eco Hand Held Box

The Eco boxes are not designed to be easy to open, but they are made of extremely tough material which is unlikely to be damaged by firm and positive action in following these instructions:

Remove seal from a round edge of plug (as the broken line indicates)

Insert a suitable strong leaver ( a wide-bladed screwdriver for example) in the gap at the edge of the funnel plug:

Push down lever toward the upper body of the plug and lever plug upwards. Resistance will be encountered but the plug will pop out. Never insert the lever into the funnel or slot.

After removing the contents, press plug back into the hole.

Apply new seal, aligning as appropriate. Ensure the seal is firmly stuck by pressing down all round the edges..

Hi-Wedge Collection Box

Remove seal from a round edge of plug at the base of the box (as the broken line indicates)

Insert a suitable strong leaver ( a wide-bladed screwdriver for example) in the gap at the edge of the plug:

Push down lever toward the upper body of the plug and lever plug upwards. Resistance will be encountered but the plug will pop out.

After removing the contents, press plug back into the hole.

Apply new seal, aligning as appropriate.

Charity Bucket

The charity bucket lid is secured with cable ties. To open, cut off the ties and empty contents. Apply a new set of ties to secure the lid. (2 required per bucket) Tamper evident ties are also available for this product.

Counter Collection Boxes/ Interchangeable Boxes

The majority of our counter collection devices are supplied with lock and key. The lock is generally on the base and one key is supplied per unit.
